Brokerage services

• MACT buy & sell securities at market determined rate and as regulated by the Council of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Financial Advisory Services 

• MACT offer well-packaged and comprehensive advisory services for corporate client and individual. We also advice on optional financial and capital structure.

Portfolio/Asset management services

• MACT provide discretionary and non-discretionary portfolio management services to client. Under the discretionary portfolio management services we manage, monitor and take investment decision on behalf of our client and we render regular performance report to them. This gives our clients the opportunities to concentrate on their primary assignment while earning appreciable returns on their investment. Under the non-discretionary portfolio management services we manage and monitor but the client takes investment and divestment decisions

Margin trading

• Loans are provided to our client for the acquisition of share quoted on the Nigerian stock exchange.
• Client deposit a percentage of the purchase value of the stock they wish to buy. MACT can purchase share up to double of the value of the client deposit on their behalf. The balance can now be repaid at negotiable interest rate over an agreed period of time. The share purchase with the loan will be used as the collateral for the outstanding loan until it is fully paid. Upon full repayment the stock will be declassified and full ownership transferred to the client.
